摘  要:比较了喷雾干燥法和真空冷冻干燥法所制备高浓度菌粉中菌体的存活率,确定了喷雾干燥法是制备TQ33菌粉的适用方法。以麦芽糊精(DE<15)或玉米蛋白为填充剂,添加量20%,制得菌粉的活菌量在1.0×1011个/g以上。菌粉经100℃湿热处理60min或经100℃干热处理100min,活菌数下降近两个数量级;在pH1~3的人工胃液中保存2h,活菌数变化很小。以加速实验法研究了该菌制得口服液和胶囊剂的稳定性,预测口服液的有效期在1a以上,胶囊剂的有效期在2a以上。The survival ratio of living cell in powders prepared by spray process and lyophilization were detemined.The spray process was a better method to produce TQ33 powders.When maltodextrin(DE<15) or corn protein was used as filler and 20 percent of them were put into the high density cultured broth,the living cell concentration of the powder was above 1.0×1011 cfu/g.It declined about 100 times after the powder was kept at 100℃ in wet state for 60 minutes or in dry state for 100 minutes.It changed very little when the powder was kept two hours in artificial stomachic juice(pH1~3).Accelerated tests showed that the shelflife of the oral solution and the capsule was more than one year and two years,respectively.
