摘  要:益生菌是肠道内的有益菌,它通过调节肠道的微生态菌群结构,使宿主在徽生态平衡的条件下具有最强抗病力和最佳生长状态。目前水产动物饲料中常用的益生菌主要有乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、弧菌、光合细菌等。本文介绍了常用饲用益生菌,分析了益生菌的作用机理,对益生菌在水产养殖中的应用以及出现的问题作了综述,对益生菌的最佳饲喂时机,以及如何最大程度的保持益生菌的活力,充分发挥其作用也作了一系列的说明。将益生菌用于水产饲料添加剂,是协调人与自然关系,促进水产养殖业发展的安全有效的途径,益生菌作为饲料添加剂是极富发展前景的。Probiotics are health-giving microorganisms in host's intestine,which can help hosts resist diseases and grow healthfully by adjusting the microecology of intestine to the balance conditions.The probiotics usually used in aquatic feed are Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Yeasts,Vibrio,Photosynthetic bacteria,etc. The review in- troduced the probiotics commonly used in aquatic feed,the function mechanisms of the probiotics,and the problems of the microecological additives applied in the aquatic farming.The optimum feeding occasions and the effective methods for keeping the activity of the probiotics are also presented. The application of probiotics to the aquatic feed additives is a safe and effective way to harmonize human with nature,as well as develop aquatic fariming.The microecological additives containing probiotics is very promising in future aquatic farming.
