摘　　要：数字图书馆是应用信息技术、数字技术、网络技术 ,对电子型文献和网络信息资源进行收集、组织、管理 ,实现一体化存取 ,为信息用户提供不受时空和地域限制的网络信息服务。文章研究了数字图书馆的定义、特点、发展及微观管理。Digital library utilizes information technology,digital technology and network technology,collects,organizes and manages electronic document and network information resource to realize integrated access,and provides information users with network information service without the limitation of space time and spot.The paper studies digital library's definition,features,development and microcosmic management.
