摘　　要：本文主要探讨信息技术在技术创新实践活动中的应用。文章以系统理论为指导 ,通过对企业技术创新源和企业创新主体的剖析 ,主张通过技术创新信息系统软环境的建设 ,将集成管理、知识管理、业务重组等思想贯彻到创新活动中去 ,并提出了在企业内部网上建立技术创新信息系统平台的观点及其模型。The paper mainly discusses the problem that how a firm combines the information technology with innovation activities. Guided by the systematic theory, and through the analysis of the technology innovation source and the innovationist in firm, the paper thinks that firms can construct the soft condition, applying some modern ideas such as integrated management, knowledge management to the innovation activities, and forwards the idea that firms should build the platform of the technological innovation information system based on intranet to found the basis of further innovation. The last part discusses the model referred.
