摘　　要：本文从战略思想、评估工具和应用研究三方面综述了我国实物期权研究的全貌 。From the viewpoints of strategic management, valuation method and applied research, this paper reviewed the study on real options in China. Moreover, this paper also pointed out the further direction of the research and the works which are necessary to apply the theory of real options to practice.
