摘　　要：介绍辐射化学和辐射加工的发展与应用 ,以及基本原理 ,侧重介绍辐射加工在高分子辐射交联改性、食品的辐照处理和医疗用品消毒等方面的应用 .The application of nuclear science and technology to chemistry has led to two important subjects, radiation chemistry and radiation processing, which are playing important roles in many aspects of science and society. We review the development and major applications of radiation chemistry and radiation processing, including the basic physical and chemical mechanisms involved.
