摘　　要：用极限时间法分析了四川吉居地震前 ,云南地震台网记录到的缅甸、老挝及越南边境等地地震异常的情况。指出 ,像吉居那样的地震是有能力预报的。Using the method of limited time,the author has analyzed the anomalous situations of earthquakes occurred in the border areas of Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam recorded by Yunnan Seismic Network before the occurrence of Jiju Earthquake in Sichuan Province.It is pointed out that the earthquake like the one occurred in Jiju in Sichuan is predictable.
