摘　　要：首先探讨了法国高等教育管理体制的发展演变历史 ,研究了法国中央和地方两级高等教育管理体制及其管理权限与管理模式 ;First,the paper discusses about the development and evolvement history of France higher-education administering system,then studies its management system,limits of authority and fuction pattern belonging to France centrality and locality. At last, the function pattern presented by France higher-education when facing new develop opportunity is summarized.
