摘  要:采用扫描电镜技术,观察了赤链华游蛇消化道粘膜上皮表面细微结构的特征.结果表明,其食道前段粘膜上皮由纤毛细胞、柱状细胞组成,后段为假复层上皮细胞组成;胃粘膜上皮为单层柱状细胞,细胞表面无微绒毛;肠粘膜上皮细胞表面有微绒毛;同时,还讨论了这些结构与机能的关系.The fine structure of the mucosa of the digestive tract for Sinonatrix annularis was studied by scanning electron microscope. The mucosa of fore oesophagus consists of ciliated and columnar cells, and hind oesophagus consist of pseudo stratified epithelium cells. The mucosa of stomach consist of simple columnar cells and there are no microvilli on their surface. There are microvilli on the surface of mucosa cells of small intestine. Meanwhile, the relationship between these structure features and their function was discussed.
