摘 要:以不同类型水稻品种为试材 ,研究了中肥节水灌溉、高肥节水灌溉、高肥正常灌溉、中肥正常灌溉处理对碾磨品质影响 ,结果表明 :(1)不同类型品种对肥水反应不同 ,直立穗型>杂交稻>半直立穗型>弯穗型品种;(2)碾磨品质受肥水影响大小依次为 :整精米率>精米率>糙米率;(3)氮肥对碾磨品质的影响大于水分处理 ,肥水之间存在耦合效应;(4)正常灌溉条件适当减少施氮量不降低糙米率 ,中肥正常灌溉可提高整精米率。The effect of fertilizer and irrigation on the milling quality of different rice varieties was studied.The results showed as folˉlows:(1)The effect of fertilizer and irrigation on different types of varieties was unequal,with a sequence of erect panicle type cultiˉvars>hybrid cultivars>semi-erect panicle cultivars>cirved panicle cultivars.(2)The sequence of the effect of fertilizer and irrigaˉtion on the milling quality was head rice>milled rice>brown rice.(3)The effect of N fertilizer level on the milling quality was bigger than that of the irrigation,and the coupling effect was existed between fertilizer and irrigation.(4)With nitrogen fertilizer decreasing,brown rice wasn't declined under normal irrigation,and head rice was enhanced under mediate nitrogen and normal irrigation.
