摘　　要：知识经济是以知识配置资本为特征的,它要求人的全面的综合的持续的发展,而人的发展又必然推动影响知识经济在更高层次上的创新发展。知识作为一种生产要素与人的持续全面发展构成了生产力系统中的核心要素。而二者之间辩证统一关系的实践,将有助于我们建立小康社会的基础。Knowledge economy is characterized by knowledge allocation. It requires man's (producer's) sustainable overall development, which is bound to push and influence the innovative development of knowledge to a higher level. Knowledge, as a production factor, and man's sustainable overall development are the key factors in the labor force system. The dialectical unity between then will be helpful to the establishment of a welloff society. 
