摘　　要：面对入世后持续创新的挑战,本文首先概括了产权一体化的利弊,然后对于网络化的优势及网络经济性予以详细阐述,指出企业集团应在产权一体化的基础上,实施网络化变革,以及网络化变革的两种主要方式,并给出相应案例。In this paper, the pros and cons of the integration of property are firstly analyzed after entering WTO. Secondly, after discussing networked advantage in detail, we think that the groups should implement the networked transformation on the basis of the integration of property, to meet the need of continuous innovations. Finally, it is pointed out that there are two main ways of networked reform, some case studies are also given.
