摘　　要：目的 :探讨后囊连续环形撕囊在防治白内障人工晶状体植入术后后囊混浊中的作用。方法 :对 2 1例于手术前和术中发现后囊混浊 ,进行人工晶体植入术后行工期后囊环形撕囊。结果 :术后全部术眼均获得视轴透明区。矫正视力均有不同程度提高。结论 :Ⅰ期后囊连续环形撕囊是一种防治后囊混浊的可行方法。Objective:To investigate the Significance of Posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis(PCCC)in Preventing Posterior capsular opacification(PCO)after cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation.Methods:The Posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis was made in 21 eyes of posterior capsular opacification that were. found in operation after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Results: The result showed that all the eye achieved a clear axis and better visual acuity.Conclusion:The Posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis is an effective method in preventing posterior capsular opacification.
