夏枯草及抗炎一号注射液联合灌注治疗晚期原发性肝癌临床观察  

Clinical Observation of Spica Prunellae and No.1 Anti-inflammation Injections in Treating Late Primary Liver Cancer by Liver Arterial Perfusion

摘　　要：为观察夏枯草及抗炎一号注射液经肝动脉联合灌注对晚期肝癌的治疗作用,将23例晚期原发性肝癌患者分为中药组(12例)和化疗组(11例),采用Seldinger's法进行肝动脉灌注治疗。中药组灌注夏枯草及抗炎一号注射液;化疗组灌注顺铂(DDP)、羟基喜树碱(HCFF)和5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)。比较治疗前后的临床症候、血常规、肝肾功能、免疫功能、AFP、肿瘤病灶及生活质量(KPS)评分的变化,并统计生存期。结果:治疗后中药组和化疗组的缓解率为8.33％和9.09％,1年生存率为25％和18.2％(P>0.05)。两组AFP的变化相似,但中药组在部分临床症候、KPS评分方面有显著改善优于化疗组(P<0.01或P<0.05),血常规和肾功能无明显变化,显示出一定的免疫调节和肝脏保护趋势。提示夏枯草及抗炎一号注射液经肝动脉灌注对晚期原发性肝癌有一定的治疗作用,其客观疗效与化疗药物相似,但无明显的毒副反应。To observe the clinical effects of Spica Prunellae and No. 1 anti-inflammation injections in the treatment of late liver cancer, 23 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 12 cases were treated by Chinese medicines and control group in which 11 cases were treated by chemotherapy. According to Seldinger's method, Spica Prunellae and No. 1 anti-inflammation injections were perfused through liver artery in treatment group, and DDP, HCPT and 5-FU perfused in control group. The clinical symptoms, routine blood count, liver and kidney functions, immune function, AFP, tumor focus, KPS score and survival period were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the relief rates were 8.33% and 9.09% respectively in treatment group and control group; the one-year survival rates were 25.0% and 18.2% respectively, P>0.05;AFP changed similarly in the two groups; however, the clinical symptoms and KPS scores improved more obviously in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01～0.05).It is thus proved that Spica Prunellae and NO.1 anti-inflammation injections, similar to chemotherapy, play a certain role in the treatment of late liver cancer, but with little toxic and negative effects.
