摘　　要：管材液压成形技术近来获得了广泛的应用。汽车结构轻量化是其重要的应用领域之一。对管材液压成形的原理、分类及液压成形过程中产生的塑性失稳等进行了综述,并介绍了典型汽车零部件采用液压成形的工艺过程和液压成形技术的最新进展。The technology of tube hydroforming has gained wide range application over the last few years.The lightweight constraction of automobiles is one of the main fields of application.This paper gives an overview of principles,classifcation of hydraforming and plastic unbalance in hydroforming process.Introduces technology processes of typical automobile parts by hydroforming and lately developmental trend on hydroforming technology.
