摘  要:在FeCrSiB合金激光熔敷层中观察到对流图案,研究了光束对称性、基材对熔层稀释等与对流之间的关系,发现了对流引起的宏观偏析,理想的激光熔敷应具有低稀释率(<5%)The convection patterns were observed in laser cladding layer of FeCrSiB alloy.Laser beam symmetry, dilution of cladding layer by substrate, etc. with relation to convection patterns have been investigated. Macro--segregation and macroalloying in the cladding layer were found to be resulted by convection. The dilution rates of substrate materials into cladding layer are directly influential on microstructure and performace of the cladding. Ideal laser clad-ding conditions require that there is a minimum of dilution.
