摘　　要：目的:应用99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)肺部断层显像方法对非小细胞肺癌肿块的放射治疗敏感性进行定量分析。材料与方法:对39例非小细胞肺癌患者进行99mTc-MIBI肺部断层显像,分析敏感组与不敏感组早期比率(ER),延迟比率(DR)和滞留指数(RI)之间的区别。结果:敏感组的DR、RI值明显高于不敏感组。结论:肺部99mTc-MIBI断层显像通过DR和RI两种参数选定,可对非小细胞肺癌的放疗敏感性进行评估。Objective:Using technetium-99m MIBI SPECT to quantitatively evaluate the radiotherapeutic response in non-small cell lung cancer patients.Methods:MIBI lung imaging was used in39non-small cell lung cancer patients,to analyze the differences of early ratio(ER),delayed ratio (DR)and retention index (RI )in the responder group and the non-responder group.Results:The DR,RI in responder group were significantly higher than that in non-responder group.Conclusion:By measuring DR and RI,99m Tc-MIBI lung SPECT imaging can be used as a method of evaluation of radiotherapeutic response in non-small cell lung cancer.
