摘  要:采用加权GS迭代算法,以高斯光束均匀化为例,模拟计算了算法中权因子的大小对所设计的BOE整形效果的影响;利用最佳权因子设计了16阶的二元光学元件,并与权因子为其他值时进行了比较。模拟结果表明,随着权因子的增大,均方差减小,而衍射效率降低,得到了最佳的权因子值。In this paper, Based on the weighted GS algorithm, as an example, a 16-phase level binary optical element designed for transforming the input Gaussian beam into nearly flat-top, The size of weights influence to the binary optical element is numerically simulated, at the same time, we designed a 16-phase level binary optical element with the best weight, and compared with the results abstained by other weights, the simulation results show that with the increase of the weight, the averages square difference reduced, but the diffraction efficiency also reduced.
