胡椒碱对中枢神经系统功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究胡椒碱对动物睡眠的影响及其抗惊厥作用。方法　小鼠开野实验 ;戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠实验 ;家兔睡眠时相分析 ;最大电休克发作实验 ;戊四唑发作阈值实验 ;鼠脑单胺类递质的测定。结果　胡椒碱可明显减少小鼠的自主活动 ,并明显的延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间 ,还能显著增加家兔的深睡眠。胡椒碱有很强的抗小鼠MES和对抗戊四唑引起的小鼠阵挛性发作的作用 ,并可明显增加小鼠脑内单胺类神经递质 5 HT的含量。结论　胡椒碱延长家兔的深睡眠和抗惊厥作用可能与其增加脑内 5OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of piperine on sleep in mice and rabbits, and analyse anticonvulsant action of piperine in mice. METHODS: Open field experiment of mice; the sleep experiment of mice induced by sodium pentobarbital; the analyses of sleep phase in rabbits; Maximal Electric seizures; Metazol seizure threshold test; measure of monoa mine transmitters in mouse brain. RESULTS: Piperine could reduce the spontaneous activity of mice and prolong the sleep time induced by sodium pentobarbital. It could also prolong the deep sleep of rabbits, piperine afforded potent protection against MES and Met in mice, and was found to be able to increase the concentration of 5-HT. CONCLUSION: Piperine can prolong the deep sleep of rabbits, and has more strong anticonvulsant action. The mechanism of action may be related to increase of 5-HT in brain.
