摘　　要：成人教育需求是成人为发展自我和服务社会而接受教育的需求 ,主要特点是主动性、实用性、差异性和终身性。我国应该进一步改革成人教育需求的调控机制 ,促进调控主体的多元化、调控标准的科学化和调控目标的实用化 。The demand for adult education comes from the need of adults' self-development and serving the society, whose characteristics being active, practical, distinctive and lifelong. We should further reform the readjustment mechanism of the demand for adult education by stimulating and diversifying the readjustment, making the standards of readjustment more scientific and the objectives more practical so that the readjustment mechanism of the demand for adult education can be set up and perfected.
