摘  要:为满足核电站对电动头性能定期检测和实时监控的需要,采用"一加四"的结构形式,研发了一套基于ARM核芯片的嵌入式电动头性能测试系统.系统采用AT91M55800A作为MCU,μc/os- 作为RTOS,同时配套研制了一套自标定系统以较正转矩传感器的误差,提高测试精度.通过长时间运行表明,该系统具有高精度、高可靠性、强实时性以及良好性价比等特点.Actuator is an important component in nuclear power plants. In order to satisfy the rigorous request of periodical testing and real\|time monitoring for the performance of actuators,a set of embedded performance testing system using chip with ARM core is introduced which adopted 'One Plus Four' structure. The MCU of the testing system is AT91M55800A, at the same time, \{μc/os\|Ⅱ,\} a real\|time operation system has been transplanted to the MCU for the convenience of software design and multi\|task management. As auxiliary function, a set of self\|calibration system for the torque sensor has also been developed. The result of long time running indicates that the system has the characteristics of high precision,high reliability,high real\|time and favorable performance\|price ratio?
