摘　　要：目的　研究细胞周期蛋白E在女性肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法　采用链菌素亲生物素 -过氧化酶免疫组化方法。结果　女性肺癌组织中细胞周期素E的表达占 62 % ,癌旁正常组织中阳性率占 2 6 % ,二者相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ,同时鳞癌中细胞周期素E的阳性略要高于腺癌。但细胞周期素E的表达与临床分期及分化无关。结论　女性肺癌组织中存在细胞周期素E的过表达 。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclin E in female lung cancer.Methods Using s-p immunohistochemical analysis.Results Thirty-one cases of female lung cancer (31/50, 62%) showed overexpression of cyclin E, and thirteen cases of normal tissues (13/50,26%) were positive for cyclin E.Overexpression of cyclin E was more frequently observed in squamous cell carcinoma compared with that in adenocarcinoma,but without statistically significant.And there were independent histological types or grade of tumor.Conclusion There were overexpression of cyclin E in female lung cancer,which indicated that cyclin E may be a prognostic role in lung caner tissue.
