葛根素对孔源性视网膜脱离术后视功能恢复作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素对孔源性视网膜脱离术后复位视网膜功能恢复作用。方法:将孔源性视网膜脱离术后达到解剖复位的病人,随机分为两组,观察组静脉滴注葛根素注射液500mg/日,对照组静脉滴注奥多肽蛋白水解物注射液20ml/日,10天～15天。治疗前后检测多焦视网膜电图(mERG)评价视网膜的功能。结果:治疗前观察组与对照组视网膜脱离象限mERG各值比较无明显差异(p>0.05),治疗后脱离象限mERG值显著增加(p<0.05)。结论:葛根素有促进孔源性视网膜脱离术后复位网膜功能恢复作用。Objectie: To investigating the effect of puerarin on the attached retina followed by the operation of rheg matogenous retinal detachment. Methods: The patients of RD that the retina had attached in anatomy were randomly divided into two groups, puerarin for study and anduotai for control. The former postoperatively injected puerarin into veins 500mg a day and the later injected anduotai into veins 20mg a day. Both were treated for more than ten days. Multifocal ERG was used to evaluate the function of retina pre-and post-operatively. Results: Preoperatively, multi-focal ERG from the quadrant of the retina detached had no difference in both groups(P>0.05). Postoperatively, the value of n-ERG in study was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Puerarin may have the effect on the functional recovery of retinal.
