摘　　要：目的:探讨C_2F_6在视网膜脱离手术中的应用。方法:采用玻璃体切割手术联合注气术及单纯C_0F_6注入术治疗视网膜脱离102例。结果:视网膜复位良好,93.2%有不同程度的视力提高,7例视力无变化。C_2F_6注入量在0.6ml以下时,16～18天完全吸收;C_2F_6注入量在0.6ml～1.2ml时,34天～36天完全吸收。结论:C_2F_6作为眼内填充物,以其在眼内吸收缓慢的特性可有效地使裂孔封闭,视网膜复位。Objective: To observe the application of perfluoroethane in retinal detachment operation. Methods: 102 eyes of 102 cases with retinal detachment were treated by vitrectomy combined perfluoroethane (C2F6) and simple perfluoroethane tamponade. Results: The reattachment of retina occurred with improving the visual acuities for 96.1%, unchanging for 7 cases. C2F6 Could be absorbed completely in 16-18 days for 0.6ml or less, in 34~36 days for 0.6-1.2ml. Conclusion: As a kind of tamponade with the property absorbed slowly, C2F6 could close the hole and reattach the retina effectively.
