碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对角膜穿通伤术后角膜上皮愈合影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:评价碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)滴眼液对角膜穿通伤术后角膜上皮愈合的临床疗效。方法:观察单纯角膜穿通伤住院就治的患者共64例64只眼,随机分为2组。治疗组32例32只眼,其中男21例21眼,女11例11眼,平均年龄37.5岁,给予bFGF滴眼液并配合抗生素滴眼液治疗。对照组32例32只眼,其中男19例19只眼,女13例13只眼,平均年龄32.5岁,单独给予同样抗生素滴眼液治疗。用药2周,观察术后3天、6天、9天、12天、15天角膜荧光素染色,比较两组角膜创面修复情况。结果:治疗组6天时治愈数为30例,占总数的93.7%,对照组6天时的治愈数为9例,占总数的28.12%,经x^2检验两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组修复速度明显快于对照组。结论:本组结果表明碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液早期能促进角膜穿通伤术后上皮愈合。Objective: To evaluate effect of basic Fibroblast Growth Factor(bFGF)eye drops on healing of the postoperative penetrating corneal trauma. Methods: 64 cases with penetrating corneal trauma were randomly divided into 2 groups, 32 eyes were administrated by bFGF eye drops, 32 eyes only used by antibiotics drops as control. Treatment course was 2 weeks. Fluorescein staining of corneal epithelial healing were observed on the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th day. Results: After 6 days of operation, the mean epithelial healing rates of bFGFwere obviously higher than that of the control group. Topical stimulates and side effect were not found within treatment course. Conclusion: In this study, bFGF eye drops could significantly promote corneal epithelial healing.
