摘　　要：文章从教育理念、办学思路、教育体系、管理体制、校园环境等五个方面分析了地方高师院校推进教育创新的方向和任务,提出要通过确立新的师范教育观,克服体制障碍,走教育模式综合化之路、教师教育高层次发展之路、教师培养培训一体化之路,使整个校园成为创新的乐土。Based on the five aspects of educational concept,schooling though, educational system, management system and campus condition, this paper analyses the direction and mission of educational creation at local teacher's college and puts forth new educational ideas for teacher's college, such as to overcome the system obstacle, to establish comprehensive educational mode, to develop teacher' s education at a higher level and to make teachers all - round development so as to build a new paradise in the campus.
