摘　　要：根据教学计划,运动系田径专业学生应具备教学、训练、竞赛组织及基本科学研究能力。通过有计划、有目的分阶段的综合培养,取得一定的效果,达到预期目标,研究所设计的综合能力培养计划具有可行性。According to the teaching program of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, the students majoring in track and field specialty should have comprehensive abilities to teach, to train, to organize competitions and to carry out scientific research. Through the purposeful, planned and integrate cultivation by stages certain effects were achieved and the prospective goal was reached. It was considered that the plan designed for cultivating the comprehensive ability is feasible.
