摘 要:在现行体育教学模式中,部分高校还在实行男女生分班教学模式。这种体制已经无法实现发展体育兴趣,培养终身体育观、提高体育文化素养的高层目标,也阻碍了体育教学改革的进程。结合本校体育教学改革情况,针对性的对健美操专项课男女生分班、合班的教学模式进行研究对比,通过了解他们生理、心理情况以及对他们身体素质测试和考试成绩进行分析,认为健美操专项课实行男女生合班教学模式是可行的。For the current physical education teaching mode, in some colleges and universities of China the class division method is still by separating male and female students. Under this kind of system the aims of physical education, such as the development of interest in sport, the cultivation of life long sports sense and the improvement of physical cultural accomplishment couldn't be realized and the progress of physical education reform was hindered. Based on the situation of physical education reform in Nanjing University of Science and Engineering, the teaching modes of mixed class and class division by separating both sexes were compared and studied. The students' physiological and psychological state was understood and the students' results in physical fitness tests and in their examinations were analyzed. It was considered that the teaching mode of mixed class is feasible in aerobics specific course.
