子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度的判断

摘　　要：目的　探讨术前B超、螺旋CT(SCT)、MRI等检查及术中标本目测评估子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度的价值。方法　术前采用B超、SCT、MRI等检查及术中标本目测判断 82例手术治疗的Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌的子宫肌层浸润深度 ,结果与术后病理比较。结果　B超、SCT、MRI及标本目测判断子宫肌层浸润的符合率分别为42 7%、68 4%、78 1%、76 8% ,B超的符合率明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ,余 3组间无差异 (P >0 0 5) ;上述 4种方法判断深肌层浸润的符合率分别为 73 2 %、63 2 %、90 6%、91 5% ,MRI、标本目测的符合率分别高于前两组 ,差异具显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论　MRI及术中标本目测能较准确地估计子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度。Objective explore the value of evaluating intrauterus membrane carcinoma muscle emmersion depth by ultrasound B Spiral CT(SCT) MRI,etc.Methods befone operation,use ultrasound B SCT MRI and sample vision to judge the depth 82 cases with stage I intrauterus membrane carcinoma.Results their tally rate are respectively 42 7%,8 4%,8.1%,6.8%,that of ultrasound B is obviously low(P<0.05).about the other 3 group,no obvious difference (P>0.05).the above 4 method's tally rate are respectively 73.2%、63.2%、90.6%、91.5%,MRIand sample vision's rate are respectively higher than the former 2 groups,obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI and sample vision can correctly evaluate the depth of intauterus membrane carcinoma muscle immersion.
