摘　　要：与时俱进 ,增强党的阶级基础 ,扩大党的群众基础 ,夯实党的执政基础 ,始终贯彻“三个代表”重要思想 ,才能不断开拓马克思主义理论发展的新境界。We must keep pace with times,strengthen the Party's class basis,enlarge the Party's mass basis,densify the Party's ruling basis and act on the important thought of “Three Represents”in an all along way.Only in this way can we uninterruptedly explore the new state of Marxist theoretical development.
