热压机框架板的受力分析及其改进

摘　　要：讨论了单层热压机的组成,分析单层热压机框架板的受力情况,并且找出了强度相对薄弱的截面以及其破坏发生的原因,针对框架板的受力情况和应力集中情况,对框架板进行了优化设计,提高了框架板的强度。The paper discusses the structure of SL Hot-press machine, analyzes the bearing ability of its framedplate and finds out relatively weak sections of the framed plate and causes of damage. An optimized design forthe framed plate has been carried out to enhance its strength according to its force-bearing and stress centraliz-ing reality.
