摘  要:目的观察结膜松弛症患者球结膜成纤维细胞超微结构改变,探讨其发病机制。方法对4例松弛结膜组织和2例对照组结膜组织,用透射电镜观察球结膜超微结构改变。结果结膜松弛症组表现为成纤维细胞的胞质中有较多扩张的粗面内质网和游离核糖体,胞质外周区有较多衣小泡和吞饮泡。而上皮层超微结构与对照组相比,差异无显著性。结论结膜松弛症中结膜成纤维细胞的改变,影响细胞外基质成分的平衡,可能是结膜松弛症发生的原因。Purpose To observe the ultrastructure change of conjunctival tissues of conjunctivochalasis. Methods Conjunctivael tissues of 4 patients with conjunctivochalasis and 3 normal volunteers were collected, fixed, embedded, and observed under electron microscope. Results Compared with normal volunteers,patients with conjunctivochalasis had more enlarged rough endoplasmic reticular, free ribosomes, endosomes and coated vesicles in fibroblasts. There is no difference between patients with conjunctivochalasis and normal volunteers in the ultrastucture of bulbar conjunctival epithelium. Conclusion In patients with conjunctivochalasis, morphological and functional decline of conjunctivael fibroblasts may cause ECM elements change to an abnormal level, which might result in conjunctivochalasis.
