摘　　要：论述了食品科学与工程专业教学改革的必要性,从课程体系、教学管理体制、实习基地建设。人才培养模式等方面探讨了综合性大学食品工程专业的教学改革与实践。Discussion was made on the necessity of teaching innovation in food science and engineering. And suggestions were put forward on the teaching innovation and practice in food science and engineering in the comprehensive university, including courses setting, teaching management system, practice bases building as well as students fostering mode.
