摘　　要：敏捷性是企业动态灵活、快速经济地响应市场变化的能力.为了评价企业的敏捷性,有必要建立企业的敏捷性评价指标.首先介绍了敏捷性的概念,然后分析了敏捷性变量和敏捷性综合评价指标.最后基于时间、成本、健壮性和适应性,提出了企业敏捷性评价方法.该评价方法可用于企业敏捷性的度量.Agility is the ability of enterprises to respond the changes of market dynamically and economically.In order to assess the agility of enterprises,it is necessary to set up the assessing norms.In this paper, the concept of agility is introduced first,then the variables of agility and the comprehensive assessing norms of agility are analyzed.Finally, based on time,cost,robustness and scope of change,an assessing method of agility is put forward,which can be applied to assess the agility of enterprises.
