薏苡仁提取物对人肺鳞癌细胞端粒酶的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨薏苡仁提取物与人肺鳞癌细胞端粒酶的关系。方法 :用脂肪乳剂作为对照组 ,观察两组肺鳞癌细胞生长情况 ,然后应用TRAP PCR方法测定细胞端粒酶活性。结果 :薏苡仁提取物能抑制肺鳞癌细胞的生长 ,但不能抑制肺鳞癌细胞端粒酶活性。结论 :薏苡仁提取物可以抑制肺鳞癌细胞的生长 ,但不是通过抑制肺鳞癌细胞端粒酶的活性而实现的。AIM: To explore whether extracts of semen coicis (ESC) suppress the telomerase activity of squamous lung cancer. METHODS: The growth curves of squamous lung cancer cells were observed to evaluate effects of ESC and fat emulsion injection was set as control. The telomerase activity was measure by TRAP-PCR. RESULTS: Growth of squamous lung cancer cells was suppressed by ESC. But ESC did not suppress the telomerase activity of squamous lung cancer cells. CONCLUSION: ESC suppresses the growth of squamous lung cancer cells, but it can not suppress the telomerase activity of these cells.
