我国开展农业LCA研究的对策建议

摘　　要：农业LCA作为一种综合地定量评价与分析农业生产或者农业活动全生命周期过程的资源利用与环境负荷或环境影响的手段,对其研究和应用是一项复杂的系统工程,需要国家政府、生产农户、农业研究机构和社会的良性互动。本文从农业可持续发展的观点出发,结合国外农业LCA的研究现状,首次概括了农业LCA的定义、阶段步骤以及技术体系;针对我国农业LCA的研究实际,从必要性、可能存在的问题论述了我国开展农业LCA研究的意义以及应该采取的对策。Agriculture LCA is a means of making a comprehensive and quantitative evaluation and analysis of agricultural production, the utilization of resource in its life cycle, environmental burden and environmental impact. Its establishment and application are a complicated systematic engineering and need positive supports from government, farmers, agricultural research organization and all stratus of society. From the viewpoint of agricultural sustainable development, this paper presents the definition,procedure and technical system of agricultural LCA by combining with the current status on agricultural LCA researches in foreign countries. The paper expounds the significance and countermeasures on agricultural LCA researches in China from some aspects such as its necessity, possible problems and strategies.
