贵金属烤瓷冠桥的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 对贵金属烤瓷冠桥进行临床研究,评价其临床效果。方法 对65例贵金属烤瓷冠桥修复患者,其中冠185个,桥10件进行为期三年的随访研究。结果 烤瓷冠表面和颜色优秀率89.97％,解剖形态优秀率92.14％,边缘完整性优秀率91.31％,牙龈状况优秀率93.75％,相应地,固定桥则分别为:65.24％、68. 57％、68.20％、81.32％。总计失败率2.56％,无1例龈缘金属染色。结论 与非贵金属烤瓷冠相比,强度相当,外形及颜色更佳,无龈缘金属染色。Objective To observe the clinical effect of noble metal porcelain crown and bridge. Methods A total of 195 restorations (185 crowns and 10 bridges) from 65 patientswere examined, surface colour, anatomy form, marginal integrity and gingival state were assessed at 0 month, 3rd months, 6th months, 1st year, 2nd and 3rd years after cementation Results Excellent rate of crowns was: surface and colour 89. 97%, anatomy form 92.14% , marginal integrity 91.31%, gingival state was 93.75%; the rate of bridges was: 65.24%, 68.57%, 68.20%, 81.32% correspondingly.Total fail rate was 2.56% . No metal stain was on the gingival margin. Conclusion This method was better than that of common metal,especially on the surface and colour,and no stain was on gingival margin.
