摘 要:目的 氧化锆含量以及陶瓷烧结温度均是决定陶瓷强度的重要因素,本研究旨在比较研究以上两因素与氧化锆增韧的纳米复合陶瓷材料基体强度的关系及影响程度。方法 以采用包裹共沉淀法与湿法球磨相结合的方法合成Al_2O_3/nZrO_2纳米复合陶瓷粉体(W)为研究对象,GⅠ-Ⅱ型Al_2O_3粉体(A)及In-Ceram Zirconia粉体(V)作为对照。制备氧化锆含量分别为5wt%、10wt%、15wt%及20wt%的复合粉体(W),注浆法制成陶瓷基体生坯,分别烧结至1200℃、1450℃及1600℃后,测定陶瓷基体样本的线收缩率及三点抗弯强度。结果 ①1450℃及1600℃组样本的三点抗弯强度均显著高于1200℃组,但1450℃与1600℃组间样本的三点抗弯强度则无统计学差异;②相同烧结温度下除1200℃外,ZrO_2含量高的实验组样本强度均明显高于含量低的实验组。结论 提高陶瓷烧结温度在一定范围内可增高陶瓷强度,但二者并非始终成此正相关关系;本课题研制的Al_2O_3/nZrO_2纳米复合陶瓷粉体中氧化锆的添加含量对复合体基体的力学性能有显著增强作用。Objective To investigate the influences of zirconia content and sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of our Al2O3/n ZrO2 ceramic matrix. Methods Al2O3/nZrO2 ceramics powder (W) was processed with combination methods of chemical co - precipitation method and ball milling. Four powders with different ZrO2 content (5wt% , 10wt% , 15wt% and 20wt%) respectively were prepared. Aqueous slips were prepared by mixing 90wt% composite powder (W) and 10wt% special liquid,the matrix compacts were made by slip- casting technique and sintered to 1200℃ , 1450℃ and 1600℃ respectively. The flexural strength of matrix were measured. Results ①There is a significant difference of flexural strength between the groups with 1450℃ , 1600℃ sintering temperature group and 1200℃ group;but no difference between 1450℃ and 1600℃ group;②There is a significant difference of flexural strength between different zirconia volume fraction group under the same sintering temperature. Conclusion So the addition of zirconia and increasing of sintering temperature under the reasonable range do reinforce the ceramic matrix significantly.
