再定位垫治疗颞下颌关节可复性盘前移位的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析再定位(牙合)垫的治疗效果。方法 对再定位(牙合)垫治疗颞下颌关节可复性盘前移位的临床治疗方法、治疗效果进行总结。结果 33例用再定位(牙合)垫治疗颞下颌关节可复性盘前移位治愈18例(55％),效果良好10例(30％),总体有效率为85％;治疗失败5例(15％)。结论 再定位(牙合)垫是治疗颞下颌关节可复性盘前移位的一种有效方法。Objective To analysis the therapeutic efficacy of anterior repositional splint. Methods Thirty- three casees of temporomandibular joint disk displacement were treated with repositional splint. Results The effective rate of anterior repositional splintwas 85% in this research,five cases were failed(15% ). Conclusion Anterior repositional splint is an effective method to treat the temporomandibular joint disk displacement.
