摘 要:比较了应用QSepharoseFastFlow凝胶和DEAE SephadexA5 0凝胶柱色谱分离米糠提取物中米糠脂多糖 (LPSR)的效果。结果表明 :通过改变体系的离子强度 ,两凝胶都可使LPSR 与一般多糖分离 ,但仅QSepharoseFastFlow柱色谱可实现LPSR 与米糠色素的有效分离 ,并获得淡黄色、99.5 %纯度的LPSR 产品 ,而且耐盐性能好于DEAE SephadexA5 0。The separation of lipopolysaccharides (LRS) in rice bran extract was studied by the column chromatography-DEAE-Sephadex A50 and Q Sepharose Fast Flow, respectively. The results show that by changing ion strength of the system, DEAE-Sephadex A50 can separate lipopolysaccharides from general polysaccharides in rice bran extract while Q Sepharose Fast Flow can effectively separate LPSR from both general polysaccharide and pigment in rice bran extract resulting to fine LPSR product which is pale yellow and has a purity of 99.5%. The performances of Q Sepharose Fast Flow were better than D'EAE-Sephadex A50 in separating efficiency and salt-resistance.
