抗癌口服液体外对人胃癌MGC-803细胞株的抗增殖作用及药物敏感性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗癌口服液体外给药对胃癌MGC-803细胞株的抗增殖作用并观察其药物敏感性。方法:应用MTT法、生长曲线及集落形成率的测定研究该中药在体外对人胃癌细胞株增殖的抑制作用及药物敏感性。结果:用MTT法和生长曲线的检测结果表明,谊中药在体外对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有明显抑制作用,加药组与对照组相比其生长抑制率有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且这种抑制作用呈现浓度和时间的依赖性。通过集落形成率的测定结果表明,加药组与对照组相比其集落形成率和集落形成抑制率有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明读中药对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有明显的抗增殖作用。结论:该中药在体外能够抑制胃癌细胞增殖,并对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有较好的敏感性。Objective:To explore the antiproliferation effect of Kang 'ai oral liquor on MGC-803 human gastric cancer cell line and observe the medical sensitivity. Method:MTT was applied,meanwhile determining the incremental curve and colony forming ratio. Results: Kang'ai oral liquor could significantly inhibit the proliferation of MGC-803 gasric cancer cell line in vitro,there was difference between Chinese medicne group and conrol (P<0.01). Otherwise, the inhibition was positively related with the concentration and time. the colony forming ratio in oral liquor group was lower than that in control(P<0.01). Conclusion: Kang' ai oral liquor is able to inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cell in vitro, MGC-803 gastric cancer cell line is sensitive to kang'ai oral liquor.
