摘　　要：介绍基于电量平衡的关口表数据在线诊断方法,它以关口表计量和电量不平衡率之间的相互关系为依据,通过考核电量不平衡指标,辅以其它必要判据,完成关口表计量错误的判别。Key point meter's function is very important to power station and enterprise's social and economic benefits.It's online fault diagnosis and practical performance states are significant because of too many faults.In connection with the electricity quantity balance,the online diagnosis method is discussed.Based on the hard- ware and software structure of transformer substation,meter's diagnosing is realized.The practicality of this method is proved.
