摘　　要：介绍了光纤预制棒的生产工艺MCVD法和热式质量流量传感器的基本原理 ,阐述了质量流量计在MCVD工艺中的应用 ,并着重介绍了流量测量系统的硬件和软件设计。The modified chemical vapor deposition method in optical fiber preform fabrication technology is introduced. And the basic principal of heat mass flow sensor, the application of Heat mass flowmeter in MCVD craft are presented.The hardware and software design of the mass flow measurement system are introduced.
