摘 要:阐述了柴油机运转条件下喷油过程的计算方法 ,依据油管压力波的传播与反射特性 ,应用喷油过程的连续方程、针阀运动方程 ,通过计算获取喷油过程诸参数。这种测量计算结果反映了柴油机运转状态下的实际喷油过程。在柴油机全负荷和中等负荷的转速范围内 ,计算结果与实测结果的符合程度很好。An equation based on the experiments and simulation, which aim at fuel injection process, was pointed out in this paper. Using this equation all parameters about fuel injection process can be estimated under the condition at that nozzle pressure, line pressure and/or needle lift were measured using line pressure wave transmit and echo equation, fuel injection continuity equation and needle motion equation. A lot of calculations and experiments proved that the computing results agreed well with the experimental ones in wider range of diesel engine speed at full load and middle load. As the complication of fuel injection process and the bad working steady state at low speed and part load, the calculation was difficult to gain the ideal precision, so the calculating method should be improved. The feasibility of this method has been certified by many researches.
