摘 要:在系统分析现行拖拉机更新期计算方法即换件制和定期大修制存在问题的基础上 ,利用机器更新平均成本原理分别给出了视情维修制拖拉机大修理周期作业量、修理周期与更新界限的数学模型 ,并对此计算方法从拖拉机所有者追求经济效益最大化的角度 ,分析了视情维修制拖拉机最佳更新期与合理更新期的经济界限。利用这种方法确定更新期更符合拖拉机技术状态变化和零件磨损的规律。Based on the systematic analysis on shortcomings of calculation methods of overhaul of tractors nowadays, i.e. run to breakdown maintenance and time based prevention maintenance, mathematical models of on condition maintenance tractors of overhaul life, and both repair and replacement limits were put forward by means of average cost principle of equipment renew. The optimum renewal and rational cycles in different conditions were analyzed respectively from the viewpoint of optimizing the economical benefit of the tractors owners. These methods that are adopted to define renewal cycle of tractors are better in keeping with the law of technology state variation of tractors and wear and tear of spare parts than the two methods above.
