摘　　要：从虚拟企业“共赢”的角度出发,对虚拟企业的联盟形成机制进行了研究。提出了一个面向虚拟企业联盟形成的多智能体多阶段协商模型,既讨论了盟主与成员企业之间交互出策的协商,也分析了各成员企业之间的多边协商过程,在此基础上确定了一个对盟主及成员均有利的联盟结构。From the perspective of achieving joint gains for Virtual Enterprise (VE), the coalition forma-tion mechanism is studied in this paper. A multi-agent based multi-stage negotiation modelis proposed to describe the coalition formation of VE. The model not only covers the nego-tiation strategies of the interactions between the VE manager and the partners, but alsodiscusses the multilateral negotiation among the VE partners. Through the multi-stagenegotiation, the VE coalition is formed. The coalition formation processes shows that VEcan realize the goal of global utilization maximization and that the individual partner canachieve satisfied gains at the same time.
