摘　　要：特许经营以其独特的经营方式和先进的管理理念在中国取得了长足的进展,被誉为"21世纪最成功的经营模式"。文章通过对特许经营模式发展态势的分析,结合某一建筑企业经营现状,构建特许经营商业模式,并对实施效果进行风险分析。实践表明,特许经营模式在建筑企业的实施有一定的成效。Franchising,the most successful business operational model and advanced management philosophy in the 21st century, has been developed in China recently. This paper analyzes the development situation of franchising, constructs a franchising operational model in an architecture enterprise and evaluates the effect after putting this model into practice. It concludes that architecture enterprise can also benefit from the franchising model.
