CD_(44v6)、p27蛋白在大肠腺癌组织中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨大肠腺癌组织中 CD4 4v6 、p2 7蛋白表达的意义。方法 :应用免疫组化 S- P法检测大肠腺癌中 CD4 4v6 、p2 7蛋白表达。结果 :6 0例大肠腺癌中 CD4 4v6 、p2 7蛋白表达总阳性率分别为 5 7%(34/ 6 0 )、2 2 % (13/ 6 0 ) ;两者阳性表达与大肠癌组织分化程度及浸润深度无明显相关性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而与淋巴结转移及预后显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;CD4 4v6 阳性表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,与预后呈负相关 ,p2 7阳性表达与之相反。结论 :CD4 4v6 、p2 7蛋白表达与大肠腺癌转移及预后相关 ,联合检测CD4 4v6 、p2 7蛋白表达水平 ,对判断大肠癌恶性程度、复发转移潜能 ,评估患者预后及术后选择合理治疗方案有一定参考价值。Objective:To investigate the significance of CD 44v6 and p27 protein expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods:The expression of CD 44v6 and p27 protein was examined with immunohistochemical S P method.Results:The total positive rates of CD 44v6 and p27 protein staining in 60 cases of colorectal adenocacinomn were 57 % (34/60) and 22 % (13/60),respectively.They were not evidently correlated with histological differentiation and depth of tumor invasion ( P >0.05),but the expression of CD 44v6 and p27 protein was corelated with lymphnode metastasis and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma ( P <0.05).The positive expression of CD 44v6 was positively corelated with lymphnode metastasis of colorectal carcinoma, but had a inverse correlation with prognosis of rectal carcinoma.The positive expression of p27 had the contrary result with CD 44v6 positive expression.Conclusion:The positive expression of CD 44v6 and p27 protein was correlated with matastasis and prognosis of rectal carcinoma. Detecting the expressive levels of CD 44v6 and p27 protein have certain referent values for judging the malignant degree, potentials of reccurrence, metastasis of rectal carcinoma ,evaluating prognosis of patients and selecting the rational therapeutic protocol after surgery.
