摘 要:在考虑主动轴驱动转矩波动及齿轮副齿侧间隙的情况下 ,建立了单间隙齿轮系统拍击振动分析的集中质量模型 ,该模型具有 3个转动自由度。利用碰撞动力学原理给出了齿轮副相互碰撞前后的速度映射关系。计算结果表明 ,当激励幅值较小时 ,齿轮副处于齿面啮合状态 ,系统表现为与激励周期相同的单周期振动 ;当激励幅值较大时 ,齿轮系统表现为时而齿面啮合、时而脱啮碰撞状态且无规律 ,为典型的混沌状态 ;当激励幅值很大时 ,齿轮系统处于非正常啮合状态且脱啮碰撞 。A three rotational degree-of-freedom gear rattling model with backlash was established by considering the torque fluctuation of driving shaft and backlash between the gear pair. The input and output components of the gear system were dealt with as two inertia mass plates. Using dynamic principle, the mapping of velocities before and after the impact was given. The calculation showed when the excitation amplitude is small, the gear pair is in meshing state. If the excitation amplitude is great, the gear teeth sometimes mesh and sometimes separate. There is no obvious rule between the state of meshing and the state of separating under this condition. The motion is a typical chaotic one. If the excitation amplitude is very large, then only impacts between teeth are found. Under this condition, the motion is periodic or quasi-periodic.
