摘  要:法学专业本科生在大四的时候面临着考研、司法考试、就业等多重选择,导致大四学生多忙于应考而忽略了在授课堂教学,严重影响了正常的教学秩序。通过"分流教学"可以加强课程的针对性,能够有效改善"大四现象"。"慕课"作为新兴教学模式,特别适合法学专业教学。通过慕课开放式的教学平台进行分流教学,有利于课程形式及内容的灵活设置,对学生学习法学专业课程及提高考试成功率大有裨益。Seniors of Law school are faced with many choices such as the entrance examination of postgraduate,judicial examination and employment,great majority students are so busy in taking the examination that they reckon without the classroom teaching,which has a strong impact on normal teaching order. The pertinence of the course can be strengthened by distributary teaching to improve 'Senior Phenomenon'effectively. As a newly- developing model of teaching,'MOOCs'is especially fit for law teaching,distributary teaching on open teaching platform of MOOCs is favorable to set courses flexibly and helpful to the student in studying and examination.
